Berliner Morgenpost & FUNKE News Apps

I designed the shared Flutter architecture that replaced FUNKE MEDIENGRUPPE’s legacy news apps, including Berliner Morgenpost, Hamburger Abendblatt, and WAZ. Built on a common codebase, the new apps support multiple regional news brands. I coached the team of web developers in Flutter and mobile development, enabling them to take ownership of the codebase and its ongoing development.
